Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, check-out is available from 8:00 AMto 10:00 AM.
A prepayment of30%of the total stay value is required. The remaining70%is payable up to a month before arrival. If payment is not recorded within 7 days from the reservation date, it will be canceled.
At check-in, only cash is accepted for the local tax fee according to the Municipality of Sianów's rate.
A refundable deposit of600 PLNis required for the cabin/room. The deposit is accepted only in cash and is returned after the cabin is inspected and check-out.
A mandatory cleaning fee of 150 PLN is added to each reservation after the stay.
Guests are required to present documents proving the age of the child.
All registered Guests are required to wear an identification wristband.
